The Present Mon, 26 Dec 2011 21:35:36 +0000 en-US hourly 1 Merry Christmas/Solstice/Hanukkah Fri, 23 Dec 2011 00:21:25 +0000 I send you joyous wishes no matter how you celebrate the change of the season and the birth of the light. Here, at Canyonlands National Park in Utah, was were I was last year on Christmas Eve morning. This year I feel equally bless by the having so many people (more than 1,500) receive the book and by all the heart-felt responses. Thank you all. Keep enjoying the gift of your own personal present.

Welcome Mon, 05 Dec 2011 22:16:42 +0000

Welcome my friends. This is the first post of what, I trust, will be a dynamic and enlightening discussion about The Present. This, of course, is not just about the book. I invite your comments and experiences to enrich the conversation. The photo is the full frame version of the cover shot. The rusted tin can rose, that I found littered on the side of the road in the the middle of nowhere, was such a gift…such a present. That you are here is the same such gift.
